Woodtown Trail

  Woodtown Trail is located quite a long drive from New York-Newark-Edison but hiking it is great fun any time. Stay the night at National Camp Assn, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Popolopen Creek. Woodtown Trail is a wonderful spot to visit for more than one day, Beaver Pond is a wonderful spot to camp nearby. If you come at the right time of year, Ramapo River offers some tremendous whitewater. Beaver Pond
    Brook is a delightful stream that is worth visiting. File Factory Hollow is a glorious location to spend some time at, and Old Sebago Beach is reasonably nearby if you're in a beach type of mood. Everybody loves Harriman State Park,
and you can hit the beach if you want, New Sebago Beach is practically right here. Any time is a magnificent time at Woodtown Trail if you like the outdoors. Here at Woodtown Trail you'll perhaps meet some folks from Pomona. A lot of precipitation falls at Woodtown Trail. The month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while February is frequently the driest month. Summer at Woodtown Trail comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and the nighttime is  
fairly chillier of course, generally in the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Woodtown Trail are in the 10's.
