| | You'll have to go far from Washington to get to Fort Trail but if you're looking for a good place to go hiking this is a good choice. Whitewater paddling is good on Paint Creek; Cedar Trails Nudist Retreat is a good campground nearby.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Fort Trail a wet place; the wettest month of the year is regularly May, that's the one that rains the most while February is usually the driest month. Summertime highs at Fort Trail usually tend to be in the 80's while night lows are usually in the 60's. For the duration |
of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and night lows at Fort Trail through the wintertime mostly sink into the 10's. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rocky Fork Creek.
