  When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? Black Fork Trail in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma is a great place to go. Because Black Fork Trail is very far from civilization it's one of those places where hiking is great. There are many hiking trails in the Ouachita Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Black Fork Trail. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 50's, and
    after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Black Fork Trail fall into the 20's.
A visit to Oklahoma is not complete without some hiking. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little River, and whitewater
paddling is glorious on Rocky Creek.
So many amusing things to do in the Ouachita Mountains, not enough time. A great deal of rainfall falls at Black Fork Trail; May is the wettest month with most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month.
