Yeah, come up here to the Ouachita Mountains for a perfect time. Mountain Home RV Park is a wonderful local campground; Little River is a great whitewater spot nearby. Dead End Trail typically gets a good deal of rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain while
| January is generally the driest month.
In case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rocky Creek. At Dead End Trail all through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's while Dead End Trail overnight low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 20's.
