a good time. Ferguson Trail gets lots of water; during the month of May you get the most rain around here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Get soaked paddling on Rocky Creek, and Polecat Creek is one of the streams close by that might be
| worth checking out. While visiting this area in Oklahoma it's a good idea to go hiking too. Be careful coming to the Ouachita Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Ferguson Trail has to offer, you can camp at Clancey's Cabins and RV Park, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Little River.
