| | Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Beidler Trail in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania is just what you need. Hiking here in Pennsylvania is a must. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Beidler Trail is excellent!. Beidler Trail gets a common amount of yearly rain; most of the rain falls during June; the driest of the months is January.
All through the days of summer at Beidler Trail highs are regularly in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Beidler |

Trail dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Beidler Trail is not very near State College at all but if you're looking for a good place to go hiking this is a good choice. Shingletown Branch is a delightful stream that is worth visiting. There's so much to do here at
| Beidler Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Hemlock Acres Campground is a brilliant spot for that.
Beidler Trail is near Whipple Dam which is a scenic site absolutely worth checking out; you'll most likely meet some people from State College here. You can run the rapids of Kishacoquillas Creek in the neighborhood of Beidler Trail, and Beidler Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Idle Acres Camping Area is a great local campground. Take a side trip to Croyle Run, and Black Moshannon Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot nearby.
