In the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Miners Run; you're sure to come across some wonderful folks from Sayre here. There's so much to do here at Big Hill Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Buttermilk Falls Campground is a great location for that, and Elk Creek is a good whitewater spot close by.
