| | High temperatures at Boundary Trail during the summer are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's while Boundary Trail nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. Mountain Creek Campground is a wonderful campground here, and there are plenty of folks from Gettysburg here at Boundary Trail.
Boundary Trail is a good site to camp, Tagg Run Camp Ground is a good site; there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Bermudian Creek. Pretty far from Gettysburg you find Boundary |
Trail but hiking it is always fun. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Boundary Trail; all through June this area sees the most rain while January is mostly the driest month.
A glorious place to pop by in the neighborhood of Boundary Trail is Kings Gap Hollow; if you come at the right time of year, Conewago Creek - West offers some delightful whitewater.
