Butler Trail

  You'll have to go far from State College to get to Butler Trail but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. Pennsylvania has lots of outdoors activities. When you're here at Butler Trail it's always fun to pop by Sinnemahoning State Park, and getting to Sugar Camp Run from Butler Trail is easy. Kettle Creek Lake Dam is worth stopping at while you're here. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Butler Trail has to offer,
    you can camp at Quiet Oaks Campground. A splendid place in close proximity to Butler Trail is Butler Hollow, and Cross Fork is a wonderful whitewater spot nearby. Stay the night at Kettle Creek State Park; some of the water nearby
flows, like Left Fork Bearfield Run. If you love the outdoors, you'll adore Butler Trail. There are plenty of folks from Westport here at Butler Trail; in case you donít have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Young Womans Creek. Butler Trail gets a common amount of precipitation. The month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summertime at Butler Trail  
arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Butler Trail temperatures fall to the 10's.
