| | This part of Pennsylvania has a great deal of available outdoors activities. Paddling on Pocono Creek is so much fun; Mountain Springs Dam has brilliant water scenery. This river is so perfect. Looking for some flowing water? Try Dry Sawmill Run; camping at Outdoor world Resort is always a great experience.
Some of the water close by flows, like Wolf Swamp Run, and if you came to camp Four Seasons Campgrounds is a wonderful place to do that. All the water falling down from the sky makes Camelback Trail a wet place; May is the month that gets the most |
rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Camelback Trail.
Camelback Trail is not very near East Stroudsburg at all but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person.
| There are plenty of people from East Stroudsburg here at Camelback Trail, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Paradise Creek. Throughout the summertime months at Camelback Trail highs are generally in the 70's; the nighttime is slightly cooler of course, mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Camelback Trail are in the 10's.
