  You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while and Cross Trail in Tioga County, Pennsylvania is the outdoors at it's best. Cross Trail is a trail quite far from Corning but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. There's some flowing water close by, Roberts Branch is a stream you can take a look at while you're here, and float down the rapids of Cedar Run in a kayak.
Bear Wallow Branch is a stream that you may bump into while you're here, and a spree to Bear Wallow invigorates the spirit. A
    common amount of rainfall falls here at Cross Trail; June is the wettest month with most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Cross Trail is a glorious place to visit for more than one day, Kenshire Kampsite is a glorious place to camp nearby; you might also want to
pay a visit to Parker Hollow while you're here at Cross Trail.
You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Paddling on Pine Creek is so much fun. Stay the night at Kearse's Campground; this is a popular place for people from Corning. Through the summertime here at Cross Trail, high temperatures typically reach the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Cross Trail dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
