Summer at Crownover Trail arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and night lows at Crownover Trail during the winter usually sink into the 10's. This river is so perfect. If you came for an overnight stay Camp Blue Diamond is a glorious location to camp; a nice location is Erb Gap. A great location for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Crownover Trail is Black     Moshannon Creek, and during your trip here you'll meet some people from State College for sure. Crownover Trail is a good place of typical precipitation; through the month of June you get the most rain around here while January is ordinarily the driest month.
