| | This is such a great river. Since you're here at Daugherty Trail why not take a look at Slide Hollow, and Daugherty Trail is a fine place to camp, Snow Shoe Park is a fine place. If you're here at Daugherty Trail, you could pop by Summerson Run, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Young Womans Creek.
A quick tour to Short Bond Run close to Daugherty Trail is a good idea, and float down the rapids of Cross Fork in a kayak. Summertime highs at Daugherty Trail regularly tend to be in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's usually in |
