| | When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? if you happen to be in Tioga County of Pennsylvania, Dillon Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Dillon Trail is located quite a long drive from Lock Haven but hiking it is always fun. This part of Pennsylvania is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. A river like this is too good to miss. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Pine Creek, and Dillon Trail is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Pettecote Junction Campground is a splendid local campground.

High temperatures at Dillon Trail during the summer months are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's; night lows in the 10's for Dillon Trail. There's whitewater on Stony Fork Creek for
| all you adrenaline people; since you're here, you could stop by Clay Mine Run. A great place to camp here at Dillon Trail is Stony Fork Creek Campground; why not check out nearby Pine Island Run if you're here at Dillon Trail.
Dillon Trail gets a normal amount of annual rain; June is the wettest month with most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Steel Hollow is a fine place to discover. | |
