Footbridge Trail in Juniata County, Pennsylvania is a perfect place for getting out. Float down the rapids of Kishacoquillas Creek in a kayak. If you come at the right time of year, Elk Creek offers some tremendous whitewater; Shoop's Country Campground is a brilliant campground nearby.

winter highs are frequently in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Footbridge Trail. You're sure to encounter some fine people from Lewistown here, and if you came for an overnight stay Locust Campground is a magnificent place to camp.
