At Fred Hollow Trail during the months of summer highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Fred Hollow Trail drop into the 10's. If you came to camp Little Place Camping Area is a great place to do that, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Slate Run.

| all you thrill seekers. Lower Pine Bottom Run is in close proximity to Fred Hollow Trail and is always a pleasure to take a look at. There's so much to do here at Fred Hollow Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Happy Acres Resort is a splendid place for that.
An average amount of rainfall falls at Fred Hollow Trail; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is when it's the driest. So many fun things to do at Fred Hollow Trail, so little time. It's a long drive from Lock Haven to Fred Hollow Trail but it's one of those places where hiking is great.
