During the winter highs are frequently in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Greenland Trail are in the 10's. around here; February on the other hand is the driest. Nine O'Clock Run is a pleasant local stream, and if you came for an overnight stay Lickdale Campground is a tremendous spot to camp.
There's whitewater on Susquehanna River for all you adrenaline people, and why not camp at KOA Kampgrounds if you're here at Greenland Trail.
