Marsh Creek is a scenic stream that is worth visiting, and Cedar Run has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do next to Harrigton Trail. There's so much to do here at Harrigton Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Kearse's Campground is a great location for that; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Matson Spring.
