Kyler Trail

It's a long drive from State College to Kyler Trail but it is one of many great trails in this area. Kyler Fork flows through this region, and if you fancy a little side journey, try Frenchman Hollow. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Moshannon River. If you came for an overnight stay Kettle Creek State Park is a good place to camp; you'll perhaps meet some folks from Clarence here. Sinnemahoning State Park is a tremendous
spot to take a look at, and camping is available at Snow Shoe Park. There's whitewater on Black Moshannon Creek for all you adrenaline people, and a quick spree to Bog Ore Run is unquestionably a splendid idea. Just can't get enough
of Kyler Trail. The high level of rain makes Kyler Trail a reasonably wet site. The month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is January. Through the summertime highs here at Kyler Trail get into the 70's, and the nighttime is a bit chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Kyler Trail.
