| | A visit to Pennsylvania is not complete without some hiking. During the days of summer highs here at Lake Laura Trail reach the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Laura Trail temperatures drop to the 10's. A visit to Upper Delaware Scenic & Recreational River is worthwhile, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch.

this place. Ledgedale Recreation Area is a splendid campground here, and Lake Laura Dam is a pretty location, beyond doubt worth checking out. Lake Laura Trail is a long drive away from East Stroudsburg but when you hike it you're always having a good time.

| is a delightful stream that is worth visiting; Lake Laura Trail is a brilliant spot to camp, Caffrey Campground is a brilliant spot. Lake Laura Trail is a location with many visitors from East Stroudsburg; get your heart beating on the glorious whitewater of Wallenpaupack Creek. Visit Big Inlet while you're here at Lake Laura Trail, and close by you hit upon Pickerel Point.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Laura Trail a wet site; May is when you get the most rain here while February is frequently the driest month. | |
