| | It's a long drive from Lewistown to Lightner Trail but what a great place for hiking it is. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Lightner Trail. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and night lows at Lightner Trail during the wintertime generally fall into the 10's. Stay the night at Dogwood Acres, and Lightner Trail is not far at all from Lewistown.
