| | Pennsylvania is a good place for outdoors people. Paradise Stream Family Campground is a perfect campground nearby. Lightner Trail is not very near Lewistown at all but if you're looking for a good place to go hiking this is a good choice.
Lightner Trail is a site with many visitors from Lewistown, and Stamhaugh Hollow is another glorious spot to visit close by. There's some interesting stuff to see at Lake Kimberly Dam close to Lightner Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Dogwood Acres is a brilliant location to camp. For the duration of |
the summertime highs here at Lightner Trail reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for Lightner Trail.
