| | While visiting this area in Pennsylvania it's a good idea to go hiking too. Log Slide Trail is not very near Corning at all but It's always fun to hike here. Camping at Log Slide Trail is wonderful fun, Kearse's Campground is a wonderful local campground, and do set aside some time for Bear Wallow since you're here at Log Slide Trail. At Log Slide Trail throughout the long summer days highs are in the 70's, and the nighttime is fairly chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows |
at Log Slide Trail throughout the wintertime ordinarily sink into the 10's.
Sand Run is a fine place to pop by; a great place to pop by nearby is Osgood Hollow. This place, Log Slide Trail, it definitely has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Whitewater paddling is not for
| everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Pine Creek.
There's whitewater on Stony Fork Creek for all you adrenaline kick people, and you'll perhaps meet some folks from Corning here. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Log Slide Trail; through June this area sees the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. Visit Roberts Branch since you're here at Log Slide Trail, and why not camp at Kenshire Kampsite if you're here at Log Slide Trail.
