| | This part of Pennsylvania has a great deal of available outdoors activities. It's a long drive from Chambersburg to Loop Trail but when you hike it you're always having a good time. Since you're here at Loop Trail why not check out Allens Valley, and if you come at the right time of year, Licking Creek offers some wonderful whitewater. The yearly rain here at Loop Trail is about average; June is the month that gets the most rain, and January is when it's the driest.
