Loop Trail

In Pennsylvania you never run out of outdoors fun. You'll have to go far from Chambersburg to get to Loop Trail but hiking it is great fun any time. You have to beyond doubt dedicate some time to The Narrows while you're here at Loop Trail. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Big Cove Creek. Allens Valley is a glorious place to stop by nearby, and if you come at the right time of year, Licking Creek offers some delightful
whitewater. Loop Trail is good enough to spend more than a day at, Mountain Lake Cabins is a good local campground. Lots of people from Burnt Cabins come to Loop Trail. There's so much to do here at Loop Trail that you need to camp
here for a while, Burnt Cabins Grist Mill Ye Olde Mill Campground is a splendid place for that. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Loop Trail, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, regularly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows at Loop Trail all through the winter usually fall into the 10's. Loop Trail is a good place of typical rain. Of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.
