The surroundings of this river have so much to offer. At Mile Run Trail you always meet someone from Lewisburg; some of the water nearby flows, like Sand Spring Run. Pine Flat is a great spot here at Mile Run Trail, and hey, Mile Run is a splendid local stream. The yearly rainfall here at Mile Run Trail is about average; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and January on the other hand is the driest.
