| | Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Musser Trail in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania is just the place. Take a little trip to Shingletown Branch since you're here at Musser Trail, and there are some great whitewater spots on Black Moshannon Creek. Musser Trail is located quite a long drive from State College but hiking it is great fun any time.
Musser Trail is not far at all from State College; get yourself into a kayak and hit Kishacoquillas Creek. If you come to this river you will have a good time |

for sure. If you came for an overnight stay Idle Acres Camping Area is a brilliant site to camp, and Musser Trail is near Musser Gap which is absolutely worth stopping at. Why not camp at Hemlock Acres Campground if you're here at Musser Trail; Rothrock State Forest is a fine forest
| area close by.
Musser Trail gets a normal amount of rainfall; through June this area sees the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Musser Trail. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are commonly in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Musser Trail. What a location this is for outdoors people.
