| Trail is a great site to camp, Sunrise Campgrounds is a great site, and Matter Run is one of the streams nearby that might be worth stopping at.
This is a popular spot for people from Lock Haven, and why not visit Keller Reservoir Dam while you're here. That right there is a load already, but it keeps on going; Nittany Mountain Trail has it all. Whitewater paddling is great on Larrys Creek. Holiday Pines Campground is a great campground here, and since you're here at Nittany Mountain Trail it's a fine idea to stop at Chestnut Flat.
