| | Plank Trail is not very near Chambersburg at all but many people like to hike here to be close to nature. Pennsylvania is a good place for outdoors people. Sand Spring is a delightful location to explore while you're at Plank Trail. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Big Cove Creek, and Plank Trail is a tremendous spot to camp, Saunderosa Park is a tremendous spot.
There are plenty of people from Chambersburg here at Plank Trail, and soar down the rapids of Licking Creek in a kayak. Plank Trail gets a common amount of annual rainfall; June is when you |
get the most rain here, and the driest month is January.
This is a great river. Camping at Plank Trail is good fun, Saint Johns Church Camp is a good local campground, and Richmond Spring is a great local attraction. For the duration of the summertime, highs generally are in
