Finally, hiking time is here again, and Refuge Trail in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania is a great place to go. There are some good whitewater spots on Bear Creek, and since you're here, you could go to Spring Run. If you come at the right time of year, Spring Brook offers some good whitewater.
