Hiking here in Pennsylvania is a must. Summertime highs at Refuge Trail mostly tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Refuge Trail. Refuge Trail is a great spot to camp, Pettecote     Junction Campground is a great spot, and Refuge Trail is not far at all from Lock Haven. This is such a fun river.
