Sharpe Trail

  Sharpe Trail is located quite a long drive from Chambersburg but there's great natural beauty awaiting you along it. Gotta get out of the city man, and Sharpe Trail in Fulton County, Pennsylvania is such a great place. Places like The Narrows are great to go to. If you came to camp Burnt Cabins Grist Mill Ye Olde Mill Campground is a good site to do that, and lots of people from Burnt Cabins come here. Sharpe Trail is wonderful enough to spend more than a day
    at, Mountain Lake Cabins is a wonderful local campground. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Licking Creek. Cowans Gap is in the neighborhood of Sharpe Trail and is a delightful
place, and whitewater paddling is fine on Big Cove Creek. Sharpe Trail gets a typical amount of precipitation. June is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is January. At Sharpe Trail during the summertime highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Sharpe Trail.
