A short spree to Sheep Pen Spring is always worthwhile, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Elk Creek. Get drenched paddling on White Deer Creek, and there are plenty of folks from Selinsgrove here. Through the warm months highs here at Summit Trail reach the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows at Summit Trail through the winter usually descend into the 10's. Cold Spring is a beautiful location to have a look at     while you're at Summit Trail, and Summit Trail is a great spot to camp, Mountain Lake Campground is a great spot. So many cool things near Summit Trail, absolutely amazing. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Summit Trail has to offer, you can camp at Penn's Creek Camp Ground, and a glorious place to stop at close by is Schrader Gap.
