| | This part of Pennsylvania is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. The amount of rainfall that falls at Telephone Trail is close to the national average; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January. This is a great river. Take a little trip to Detweiler Run since you're here at Telephone Trail, and Rag Hollow is also a tremendous location to discover.

here for a while, Idle Acres Camping Area is a glorious place for that. Here at Telephone Trail there are plenty of folks from State College, and if you came to camp Hemlock Acres Campground is a nice site to do that.
Summertime highs at Telephone Trail frequently tend to be
| | in the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 60's. All through the winter highs are generally in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Telephone Trail. Telephone Trail is a trail quite far from State College but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. | |
