Campground is a pleasant local campground, and do pay a visit to Upper Delaware Scenic & Recreational River while you're here at Telephone Trail. Some of the water close by flows, like Egypt Creek. There's so much to do here at Telephone Trail that you need to camp here for a while,
| Ledgedale Recreation Area is a magnificent place for that. Looking for some flowing water? Try Big Inlet, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch.
Telephone Trail mostly gets a good deal of rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Pretty far from East Stroudsburg you find Telephone Trail but you always have a good time when you're hiking along it.
