| | Pennsylvania is a great place for hikers. Turkey Trail is a long drive away from State College but it sure is a nice trail. There's so much to do here at Turkey Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Bellefonte/State Coll KOA is a good place for that, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Elk Creek.
Summertime highs at Turkey Trail generally tend to be in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are frequently in the 30's while Turkey Trail overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are |
in the 10's. People from State College love to come to Turkey Trail, and some close by water includes Bartley Run. If you came to camp KOA Kampgrounds is a wonderful site to do that, and you might also want to pay a visit to Slide Hollow if you're here at Turkey Trail.

| so many enjoyable things in one place! Turkey Trail is so good!. Turkey Trail gets a common amount of annual precipitation; June is the month that gets the most rain; January is when it's the driest. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Young Womans Creek, and getting to Twin Run from Turkey Trail is trouble-free.
