From a rainfall point of view Tussey Trail is a pretty normal site; the wettest month of the year is commonly June, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is January. Halfmoon Creek is a perfect place to explore, and camping is available at Camp Blue Diamond. If you come at the right time of year, Great Trough Creek     offers some delightful whitewater, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Black Moshannon Creek. Fowler Run is a great local stream; folks from Huntingdon love to come here. At Tussey Trail during the long summer days highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's.
