| | In Pennsylvania you never run out of outdoors fun. Watershed Trail is a good location of normal precipitation; June is the month that gets the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. All through the long summer days at Watershed Trail highs are mostly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's with temperatures at Watershed Trail dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights.
Watershed Trail is not far at all from Gettysburg; a perfect site |
to camp here at Watershed Trail is Tagg Run Camp Ground. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Conewago Creek - West, and Watershed Trail is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Mountain Creek Campground is a fine local campground.
This is a great river. Kings Gap Hollow
