Get soaked paddling on Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can go to Lower Lake Dam. Whittaker Trail is a pretty wet place regularly with a large amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls during May while February is ordinarily the driest month. During your visit to Whittaker Trail you'll meet some people from East Stroudsburg for sure, and Ledgedale Recreation Area is a tremendous campground nearby.
