| | Wild Apple Trail is located quite a long drive from Lock Haven but it is a really good trail. While visiting this area in Pennsylvania it's a good idea to go hiking too. Why not camp at Kearse's Campground since you're here at Wild Apple Trail. High temperatures at Wild Apple Trail through the summertime are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Wild Apple Trail fall into the 10's.

gets a normal amount of rain; all through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Camping is available at Kenshire Kampsite, and a delightful location for whitewater paddling is Cedar Run. There's some flowing water nearby,

Right Branch Fourmile Run is in close proximity to Wild Apple Trail and is always a joy to pop by, and Deadman Hollow is another wonderful spot to pop by close by. | |
