Wildcat Trail is located quite a long drive from Lock Haven but hiking it is always fun. Mullen Run is close to Wildcat Trail and is always a joy to check out, and Stony Fork Creek has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby.
At Wildcat Trail you always meet someone from Lock Haven, and paddling on Cedar Run is so much fun. And if that's not sufficient, there's lots more to do in the |
neighborhood of Wildcat Trail. Camping at Happy Acres Resort is always a great experience, and some close by water includes Panther Run.
At this river you will always have a good time. Camping is available at Little Place Camping Area, and a great site is Chubb Hollow. An average
| amount of rain falls at Wildcat Trail; June is the month that gets the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Wildcat Trail. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are frequently in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Wildcat Trail.
