| | As long as you like the outdoors you will like Pennsylvania. It's a long drive from Huntingdon to Winters Trail but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. Stay the night at Brush Creek Campground, and Winters Trail is a spot with many visitors from Huntingdon.
Winters Trail is a perfect spot to visit for more than one day, Breezewood Campgrounds is a perfect spot to camp nearby, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Sideling Hill Creek. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs typically are in the 80's at Winters Trail. |
Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Winters Trail.
There's whitewater on Licking Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Lick Branch is right next door to Winters
