This place, Velez Trail, it truly has so much outdoors fun stuff. Velez Trail gets lots of water; September is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Summertime at Velez Trail arrives with high temperatures in the 90's, and the night is quite cooler of course, regularly     in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 80's while Velez Trail overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 60's. If you're looking for a beach in the vicinity of Velez Trail, we recommend Playa de Jaboncillo; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Guabo River. This is a popular place for folks from Yauco, and nothing beats kicking back at Playa de Tamarindo. This river has so much to offer.
