Winding Stairs Trail   Does anyone know a trail from Burrells Ford to Hwy 28 bridge? Says Billy Winding Stairs in in Salem, SC. I have lived here my whole life and have been to the top many times. You can drive all the way up just be careful due to the fact that there are no gaurd rails. Says Andrea I was told the Winding Stairs trail was at Devil's Fork State Park. Is this correct? Says Donna Rachels From Walhalla, take 28 north/east and bear right     on 107. You will pass oconee State Park, and then park at Cherry Hill Campground. The trail is behind Cherry Hill campground.
