So much cool stuff to do in the Black Hills, not enough time. Centennial Trail is a nice place to camp, West French Creek Primitive Campground is a nice place. High temperatures at Centennial Trail through the days of summer are in the 80's, and the night is a bit colder of course, frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's; night lows in the 0's for Centennial Trail. It is very waterless here at Centennial Trail typically;     June is when you get the most rain here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Hiking trails are all over the Black Hills where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains.
