  It's a long drive from Knoxville to Abrams Falls Trail but it's one of those places where hiking is great. This part of Tennessee is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. Much rain falls at Abrams Falls Trail; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain; October is when it's the driest. At this river you will never have a bad time. Law Branch is a delightful stream that is worth going to, and Abrams Falls is a striking site to stop at while you're at Abrams Falls Trail.
Hiking trails are all over the Great Smoky Mountains
    where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains. Throughout the warm days of summer here at Abrams Falls Trail, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's with
temperatures at Abrams Falls Trail dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. Why not go to nearby Arbutus Branch if you're here at Abrams Falls Trail; there are some fine whitewater spots on Abrams Creek.
Camping is available at Tuckaleechee Campground; there's whitewater on Little River for all you adrenaline kick people. But wait, there's more cool things to do in the Great Smoky Mountains. Camping at Abrams Creek Campground is always a splendid experience, and close by you discover great places like Cades Cove.
