here at Bald Mountain Trail you will meet lots of people from nearby Johnson City; you can run the rapids of Spivey Creek. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Bald Mountain Trail get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. All through
| the wintertime the highs are usually in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Bald Mountain Trail during the winter commonly dip into the 20's.
This river is so wonderful. It's always good to have a look at Spivey Falls, and Bald Mountain Trail is a great place to camp, Nolichucky Gorge Campground is a great place. Tumbling Creek is a charming stream that is worth taking a look at, and a glorious place for whitewater paddling is Nolichucky River. In the Great Smoky Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area.
