Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Holston River - South Fork, and Low Gap Spring is an inspiring place to stop by during your stay. At this river you will always have a good time. There's so much to do here at Bear Wallow Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Shore Campgrounds is a great place for that, and you could always look at Pine Mountain Gap.
