Bear Wallow Trail

  Bear Wallow Trail is not very near Bristol at all but hiking it is great fun any time. If you are in Tennessee during hiking season you have to go hiking. Pine Mountain Gap is a glorious site to have a look at in the neighborhood of Bear Wallow Trail, and why not camp at Lake Shore Campgrounds since you're here at Bear Wallow Trail. You're sure to come across some smiling folks from Shady Valley here; at Camp Tom Howard Dam close to Bear Wallow Trail there
    are some out of the ordinary things to see. There's some flowing water nearby, Harpers Creek is a stream you can go to during your stay. Holston River has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby. Cocran's Lakeview Camp Ground
is a splendid local campground; Low Gap Spring is a good local attraction. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do near Bear Wallow Trail. A tour to Bear Wallow Trail wouldn’t be complete without a spree to nearby Sycamore Shoals State Park. Paddling on Holston River - South Fork is so much fun. During the warmest time of the year at Bear Wallow Trail highs are commonly in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's.
