wet place regularly with a lot of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally March, that's the one that rains the most, and June on the other hand is the driest. Gum Spring is always fun to check out. There's so much to do here at Bluff Trail that you need to camp
| here for a while, Racoon Mountain Campground is a brilliant spot for that. There's some flowing water close by, Black Creek is a stream you can have a look at during your stay; you'll most likely meet some people from Chattanooga here. During the summer highs here at Bluff Trail get into the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; overnight lows at Bluff Trail through the winter commonly descend into the 20's.
