A nice place to camp here at Buffalo Trail is Bumpus Mills Campground; swing by Rat Branch it's a wonderful place to go to. A large amount of rainfall falls at Buffalo Trail; the wettest month of the year is commonly December, that's the one that rains the most; October is when it's the driest. Summertime highs at Buffalo Trail regularly tend to be in the 80's, and during summer nights     temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Buffalo Trail. This is such a fun river. Buffalo Trail is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Rushing Creek Campground is a brilliant local campground.
