  In the Great Smoky Mountains there are many great hiking trails where beautiful scenery awaits you. Tennessee is a good place for outdoors people. This place, Chestnut Mountain Trail, it truly has so much outdoors exciting stuff. If you came to camp A and B Campground is a magnificent spot to do that, and if you want a little side tour, try Grassy Gap. There's so much to do here at Chestnut Mountain Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Sylco Campground is a splendid place for that; a tremendous beach nearby is Shady Beach.
Get yourself into a kayak
    and hit Big Creek, and unsurprisingly West Fork Beech Creek flows through this region. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Great Smoky Mountains.
At Chestnut Mountain Trail you always meet someone from Cleveland, and a day
at Shady Beach is time well spent. That right there is loads of exciting things already but it goes on, the Great Smoky Mountains has it all. A quick trip to Penitentiary Branch in the vicinity of Chestnut Mountain Trail is a tremendous idea, and if you come at the right time of year, Jack's River offers some delightful whitewater. High temperatures at Chestnut Mountain Trail through the long summer days are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Chestnut  
Mountain Trail dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights.
Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Chestnut Mountain Trail in Polk County, Tennessee is a good choice.
