| | There are many hiking trails in the Great Smoky Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. Outdoors people generally like this part of Tennessee. Far from civilization you find Jeffrey Trail and it is one of many great trails in this area. Man, is there heaps of enjoyable stuff to do near Jeffrey Trail. A visit to Stratton Meadows revitalizes the soul, and do visit Falls Branch if you're here at Jeffrey Trail.
Throughout the summer at Jeffrey Trail temperatures are frequently in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down |

into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while Jeffrey Trail overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. Be careful coming to the Great Smoky Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Indian Branch is a beautiful stream
| that is worth visiting, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Santeetlah River.
A good spot close to Jeffrey Trail is Beech Gap, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on North River. Lots of fun awaits you along this river. Camping at Jeffrey Trail is nice fun, Jake Best Campground is a nice local campground; Rowe Lake Dam is not far at all from Jeffrey Trail. Put on your hiking shoes and hit the trail, Jeffrey Trail in Monroe County, Tennessee is the outdoors at it's best.

Trail gets a good deal of water; the wettest month of the year is usually March, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is October. Everybody loves Stratton Meadows, and why not camp at Doublecamp Campground if you're here at Jeffrey Trail. That right there is loads of amusing stuff already but it goes on, the Great Smoky Mountains has it all.
